  1. Stupeur et tremblements
    1. Book:
    2. Movie:
  2. Lost in translation (Sofia Copolla’s movie)
  3. Iertati-ma ca nu sunt japonez (“Forgive me for not being Japanese”)
    1. Book:

Number 3 is my favorite, it’s a book by a Romanian who moved to Japan. He describes his personal experience

I find that Lost in Translation focuses on rather frivolous aspects of Japanese culture missing out on the whole experience. But that’s OK.

Number 1 is my all time favorite.
